Find new adventures with Engage Conservation Africa!
Join us for a hands-on experience where you’ll learn real conservation skills and support vital wildlife projects. From tracking iconic species to protecting habitats, every day is an opportunity to make a genuine impact and take knowledge home that lasts a lifetime.

Engage Conservation provides authentic, life-changing opportunities for all. Students, couples, families and solo adventurers of all ages can experience the wild beauty of South Africa’s northern Limpopo region and help with initiatives to protect the unique wildlife and its habitats.
Work with iconic African animals like elephants, lions, and hyena, and learn how to track and monitor them across the three sites we operate from.
If you join an Engage experience you'll make memories and friends that will last a lifetime.

Whether you’re looking for a 2-week conservation adventure, a 4-week research experience, or a 12-week immersive placement or internship, Engage Conservation will provide an enriching experience that teaches several aspects of conservation methods and a wealth of transferrable skills.
As your host and field guide, Michael will employ his years of experience working in the African bush to help you learn conservation skills, support your research objectives, or simply provide a friendly and engaging trip!
Our programmes are built around all our ongoing projects. We want each volunteer to gain hands on experience and learn real world skills across several disciplines in wildlife and habitat conservation and management.
All experiences of 4 weeks and longer will include a Kruger Park visit.
